Dear Friends and Family of the Mexico Team
We landed in Merida at 1515hrs and drove straight to CC Merida. What a sight to behold, the one storey kindergarten is now a full blown elementary school (2 floors) for up to six grade. All within one year of our last mission trip here.
Got to mingle with some old friends from CC Merida, sat in for worship, and headed out to PISTE, Chichen Itza in the evening to check in to our hotel.
The best time of ministry happened during our travelling to Piste from Merida. The students shared God stories, struggles, painful events surrounding their lives, honest to the core, seek counsel and wisdom, etc. LOVE it when the Holy Spirit ordained ministry to His Saints, touching and healing them, setting them apart for the ministry ahead of them.
Please pray for our students health and for protection. We will begin our construction projects in Tabi and Hocaba tomorrow at 7.30am (1 hour behind Florida Time), VBS in the afternoon and an evening outreach to families in Tabi at night.
